Jörg Scheller (de)

Jörg Scheller is professor of art history at the Zurich University of the Arts. He regularly contributes to the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, DIE ZEIT, frieze magazine, among others, and is a columnist for the Stuttgarter Zeitung. Already at the age of 14 he performed on stage with a metal band. Today he runs a heavy metal delivery service with the metal duo Malmzeit. On the side, Scheller is a certified fitness trainer. In his book "(Un)Check Your Privilege. Wie die Debatte um Privilegien Gerechtigkeit verhindert." published in 2022, he attempts to restore the term privilege to its historicity and specificity.
