Romy Grasgruber-Kerl has been working on the topic of participation and public involvement for 10 years. Two years ago, she brought the internationally best-rated online participation platform Decidim  to Austria and founded the mitgestalten Partizipationsbüro (Participation Office). Now she and her team design e-participation portals for more democratic participation in cities, communities and organizations. The constant focus of her work is to make e-participation accessible to all.
